Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client a leading FMCG business is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join their growing company. Reporting to the Customer Supply Manager your sole purpose is to provide operational supply chain and customer service support through the establishment and continuation of effective business relationships. The service will be underpinned by the effective management/provision of relevant data/information to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business efficiencies. Your role will also be to obtain & record customer authorisation on all orders prior to progressing into manufacture, send order confirmations to customers on all orders ensuring that they are correct and accurate. You will proactively develop robust and meaningful relationships with all relevant customer contacts and initiate and lead customer / internal meetings when required. You will be the main point of contact for all customer communication on free issue component/material needs to ensure on site for production, you will send appropriate paperwork, from deliveries of componentry/materials received from the customer and to monitor and issue stock lists of our current stock holding for all componentry/materials, for individual customers. The shift pattern is 37 Hours per week - Monday - Thursday 08.30am - 4.30pm and Friday - 08.30am - 4.00pm. Reporting to the Group Planning Manager you will be responsible for the material and stock control (picking and checking orders). The role will include; • Managing the maintenance of manufacturing orders. • The preparation and distribution of various production and stock reports. • And the control of customer supplied materials and creation and communication of customer supplied stock control reports. You will also be expected to; • Write up plans on Excel. • The raising of batch sheets from EL SAP system, carryout consumption. • Booking in of Raw Materials on SAP.
