Our Pledge

This is Steve’s gran, Tace Barnes. The photo was taken in 1939 when Tace signed up as a volunteer for the British Red Cross at the start of World War Two. Tace continued as an active volunteer, helping out in the British Red Cross shop or at home knitting squares, right up until her passing away in 2010. It is in Tace’s memory that the British Red Cross is our chosen charity.
